By accessing our website or registering for our leagues, tournaments, or events, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service or participate in our events.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION

Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

Parental Consent: For participants under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the registration and agree to these Terms on the minor’s behalf.

Safety: We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel registrations for individuals who violate safety protocols or league rules.

3. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Fees: All registration fees for leagues and tournaments must be paid in full before the start of the event.

Processing: Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).

Refund Policy: Refunds are available up to 14 days before an event start date, minus a processing fee. No refunds will be issued once the game schedule has been published.

4. CODE OF CONDUCT

Participants, coaches, and spectators are expected to maintain a high standard of sportsmanship. Arch Angels 3v3 Basketball reserves the right to remove any individual from an event or issue a permanent ban for physical/verbal abuse or unsportsmanlike conduct.

5. LIABILITY WAIVER AND MEDICAL RELEASE

You acknowledge that basketball involves physical activity and risks of injury. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks. You agree to release and hold harmless Arch Angels 3v3 Basketball from any liability resulting from injuries sustained during participation.

6. MOBILE MESSAGING (SMS) PROGRAM

Arch Angels 3v3 Basketball Arch Angels 3v3 Basketball provides competitive basketball leagues and tournaments. We send SMS updates to players and parents regarding tournament brackets, game schedules, weather-related delays, and registration reminders for upcoming seasons.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the +1 314-886-5060. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA

By participating in our events, you grant Arch Angels 3v3 Basketball the right to use photographs or video footage of players and spectators for promotional and marketing purposes.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website content, logos, and branding of Arch Angels 3v3 Basketball are our exclusive property.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Arch Angels 3v3 Basketball be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
